The Operations Division is responsible for the City of Janesville's traffic management activities, including maintenance of traffic signs, traffic signals, street and parking lot painting, and street lighting.  The primary goal of the traffic management program is to promote public safety and ease of travel for pedestrians and vehicles along all City streets.
