Utilizing the platform below, residents and visitors can quickly record and report potential accessibility issues with City facilities and infrastructure. 

Once a user has submitted an accessibility issue, it is forwarded directly to City staff. Users will then be able to use the platform to communicate directly with City staff and receive updates on their report as the City responds. Report information is not made public and your information is kept confidential.
