City Manager Deputy City Manager |
The City Manager is the City's Chief Executive and is responsible for the implementation of the City Council's policies and priorities. This is accomplished by coordinating the official business of the City Council and by providing leadership and direction to the entire organization. Other duties of the City Manager include the following:
- Preparing the annual budget;
- Attending City Council meetings;
- Recommending policies or programs to the City Council;
- Keeping the City Council fully advised on financial and other conditions of the city; and
- Supplying the City Council with information to aid decision making.
