The City of Janesville is encouraging interested utility customers to take advantage of its paperless billing service. First introduced in 2017, this option allows customers to receive their quarterly Janesville Municipal Utility Bill (JMUB) directly to their e-mail.

This feature allows timely access to JMUB statements anywhere internet access is available. Paperless billing also helps reduce environmental impact and allows the City's utilities to keep operating costs down.

If you wish to receive emailed rather than mailed bills, please complete the form below. Paperless bills will come from the email address governadmin@ci.janesville.wi.us.  Please add this email to your address book to ensure that your paperless bills are not diverted to your spam folder. City staff will confirm once you are set up to receive emailed bills.
