Victims and other concerned citizens can also register to be notified by phone, email or TTY device when an offender's custody status changes.

Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Victim Notification Program : This website allows eligible victims and witnesses to obtain reliable and timely information regarding a criminal alien's release from custody. Victims and witnesses are required to register in order to receive notification of a criminal alien's release.
