Mission Statement 

The Public Works Operations Division’s main objective is to ensure the safety, health, and welfare of citizens through satisfactory maintenance of the City streets, alleys, and storm water system, in addition to providing superior solid waste collection service to City residents and solid waste disposal options for the greater Rock County area.

The Operations Division consists of 53 employees, including management, administrative, infrastructure and service, solid waste, building and traffic systems, and vehicle operations and maintenance positions.
