Showcase Janesville is a unique opportunity for civic, community, volunteer and nonprofit organizations to inform the City Council and the public what their organization is all about or highlight an upcoming activity. Meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 6:00 p.m. Organizations wishing to present during the Showcase Janesville portion of Council meetings are requested to complete this brief application form.

Please note that only organizations such as civic, community, volunteer and nonprofits will be selected to present. For profit businesses are asked to not apply. Presentations must be limited to ten minutes.

Organizations who have applied will be selected to present at the discretion of the City Council. The City Manager's office will contact selected organizations to schedule and coordinate presentations.
