The City of Janesville's Strategic Plan serves as a five-year roadmap to guide the City's efforts to achieve its mission and vision statements. The plan was first developed in 2014 and aligns with other City policy and planning documents including the budget, the capital improvement program, and Comprehensive Plan. Its inherent flexibility allows the City to change course to meet our community’s changing needs. The plan establishes broad strategic goals coupled with specific objectives and corresponding tasks to help the City succeed.
