The Water Utility may need to gain access to your home for general meter maintenance including meter and electronic reading transmitter replacement.  You may receive a letter in the mail or a tag on your door requesting that you contact the Water Utility to make an appointment. Perhaps you have another request and would like a technician to come to your home to help address the matter.

The Utility's scheduling application allows you to schedule an appointment with a service technician at your convenience.  Online scheduling only takes a few minutes and allows you to select an available appointment that works best for you.

Service Technicians are available for appointments:

Monday – Thursday   7:30 am – 5:00 pm

Friday      7:30 am – 2:00 pm
