Equipment Rental Program

The Recreation Division offers a variety of equipment to rental at an affordable rate. Equipment rental information is available on the City's website.

Seasonal Equipment Rental

Cross Country Skis & Snowshoes Rental Information

For rentals of winter equipment the following information will be required:

Size of shoe or boot
Measurement from floor to armpit
Measurement from floor to bottom of hand (standing with arm raised straight up)

Daily (Weekday) Rate: $12/Adult and $6/Youth
Weekend Rate: $16/Adult and $10/Youth (Fri.-Mon.)
Limited sizes available for rent on a first come, first serve basis
Equipment may not be reserved in advance
Ski Equipment includes: skis, boots, and poles
Snowshoe Equipment includes: shoes and poles

Facility Rentals

The Riverview Room at the Senior Center is an affordable rental venue

Accommodates up to 150 people
Includes tables and chairs
Table and Chair Covers available to rent
Room has a stage and commercial kitchen
Bring your own food purchased from a commercial kitchen
Alcohol permits may be obtained for rental
Perfect for birthday parties, retirement parties, wedding receptions, and more!

Pavilion Rentals

There are wonderful options to rent pavilions in Janesville. Please note: Only the Warming House at Traxler Park is available to reserve between October 15 and April 15. All other pavilions are available to reserve between April 15 and October 15 each year. Click the link below for more information.
