REVIVE & THRIVE JANESVILLE

The City of Janesville recognizes that maintenance of the existing housing stock is important to the overall well-being of the community. 

The purpose of the NEW Revive & Thrive loan program is to provide funding to homeowners to do complete, affordable, lasting, permanent improvements necessary to maintain a home in decent, safe and sanitary condition and preserve the housing stock within the City of Janesville. The Revive & Thrive program will address the repair and/or replacement of: windows and exterior doors; roofing system and siding. 

If you are a low to moderate income single-family homeowner in the City of Janesville, you may qualify for the Revive & Thrive Loan Program. Please see brochure, application, and more information below. 

The Revive & Thrive program will accept applications until funding runs out. Funding is limited and available on a first come, first qualified basis. Applications may be returned in person at City Hall Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by mail (18 N. Jackson St., P.O. Box 5005, Janesville, WI, 53547), or by email at bodena@janesvillewi.gov.
