Registering to Vote Before Election Day

Register to Vote during Open Registration

Registration by mail is open until 5 p.m. 20 days before an election. Use form EL-131. During Open Registration, City of Janesville residents may register to vote at the City Clerk-Treasurer's Office, 18 N.
