The City of Janesville will host Todd Taves from Ehlers and Associates on Monday, May 23, 4:30 – 6 p.m. in Training Room 416 of City Hall (18 N. Jackson Street) to provide a presentation on Tax Incremental Districts (TID) and Tax Incremental Financing (TIF). This presentation is being held to educate the City Council, City staff and any other interested members of the public on how TIF works in Wisconsin.
