Urban Line Dancing is a style of dance that a group of people do in rows. It does not require a partner and is a great way to get exercise! Participants love the music and the confidence that grows from mastering a dance. Urban Line Dancing is one of the best activities for total body wellness, as it provides the heart-healthy benefits of an aerobic exercise while allowing you to engage in social activity. No prior experience is needed. The class teaches the basics with easy dances.
Urban Line Dancing will be held on Wednesdays at the Janesville Senior Activity Center Riverview Room from April 6 - 27 at 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. The class is open for participants ages 14+ and costs $20/person.
Please pre-register online or at the Recreation Division office by April 1. Please contact the Recreation Division for more information at (608) 755-3030.
