City Councilmembers Jim Farrell and Rich Gruber will hold an informal listening session at ECHO (65 South High St.) from 9:15 – 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, March 30. Councilmembers will be available in the waiting room, providing the opportunity for ECHO clients to ask questions and provide comments. All members of the community are welcome to attend this public event.
