The City of Janesville Neighborhood & Community Services is sponsoring Homebuyer’s Education Workshops throughout 2016. These workshops are designed to inform first-time home buyers of the home purchasing process while providing them with the information needed to make a purchase and preparing them for homeownership.

The next class will be held on March 12 from 8:30am to 4:30pm at Associated Bank (2720 Lexington Dr.). The workshop is free and is open to anyone interested in learning about the home purchasing process.

The workshop is coordinated by NeighborWorks® Blackhawk Region, a HUD-certified Housing Counseling agency and co-sponsored by Anchor Bank, Associated Bank, Blackhawk Community Credit Union, Blackhawk Bank, BMO Harris Bank, the City of Janesville, Inlanta Mortgage, Johnson Bank, and Rock County Planning & Development. 

Pre-registration is required for all classes. Due to limited class space, early pre-registration is encouraged. To register, please contact NeighborWorks® Blackhawk Region at 608-362-9051 ext. 20.
