Did you know there are 10 pavilions and 9 picnic groves in City parks that are available to rent for family reunions, birthdays, graduations, showers or other events? The City of Janesville Parks & Recreation Divisions will begin accepting park pavilion and picnic grove reservations on Monday, January 4, 2016 for Janesville residents and Monday, January 11, 2016 for non-residents. A resident is defined as anyone living or owning property inside the city limits of Janesville.

Available reservation dates are between April 15 and October 15. Fees for reservations vary with size, residency, and location and can be found online. Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance of desired reservation date and be paid in full at the time of making the reservation. To reserve a pavilion or picnic grove, please visit the Parks & Recreation Divisions Office at 18 N. Jackson Street (lower level, Wall Street entrance). No telephone reservations are accepted. 

Online pavilion reservation requests are accepted beginning January 11, 2016 for Janesville residents and non-residents. Click here to reserve a pavilion online. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the reservation date or the reservation fee will be forfeited. A $10 cancellation fee applies to all reservation cancellations.
