Enjoy the wonderful outdoor sights, sounds, tastes, and smells with your family and friends on a hayride through the park. The hay wagon, pulled by a tractor, will take groups on a scenic tour of the park along the Rock River. Make your way to the crackling campfire to enjoy a scrumptious s’more (one per person) before leaving the park. No reservation is necessary; payment is due when boarding the wagon. Participants may arrive anytime between 1:30 – 4:30 p.m., but the last wagon ride will be complete at 4:30 p.m. The ride and s’more cooking should take about half an hour. This event is co-sponsored by the Friends of Riverside Park. The event fee is $3 per person and participants are asked to meet at Riverside Park South Pavilion.
