The City of Janesville Neighborhood & Community Services will sponsor Homebuyer’s Education Workshops throughout 2015. The workshops are designed to inform first-time home buyers of the home purchasing process and provide them with the information needed to make a purchase and prepare them for homeownership. The class will be held Saturdays on March 14, April 11, May 16, July 11, September 12, and November 14 from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Classes are free and open to anyone interested in learning about the home purchasing process.
The workshop is coordinated by NeighborWorks® Blackhawk Region, a HUD-certified Housing Counseling agency and co-sponsored by Anchor Bank, Associated Bank, Blackhawk Community Credit Union, Blackhawk Bank, BMO Harris Bank, Inlanta Mortgage, Johnson Bank, and Rock County Planning & Development.
