Highland Ave. between N. Oakhill Ave. and Miller Ave. is scheduled to be CLOSED TO THROUGH TRAFFIC beginning approximately 7:00 a.m., Thursday, September 11 through Wednesday, September 17 for street reconstruction activities.

Traffic will be detoured around the closure on N. Oakhill Ave., Mineral Point Ave., and N. Grant Ave. Local access to driveways will be maintained throughout the closure. The section of Highland Ave. from Miller Ave. to N. Grant Ave. will undergo street rehabilitation activities, but will remain open during that process.
