The Janesville Community Development Authority is holding a public hearing to seek input on the Citizen Participation Plan. This plan outlines the CDA’s policies and procedures for encouraging citizen participation in the development of the: 5-Year Consolidated Plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership Program funds,  Annual Action Plans, Assessment of Fair Housing, and amendments or revisions to these planning documents.  

All interested citizens are invited to review the proposed Citizen Participation Plan and/or attend the public hearing to express their views on the proposed plan. Copies of the proposed plan will be available for public review and inspection beginning February 13, 2019, at the Neighborhood and Community Services Department, 18 N.
