Palmer Park Wading Pool, located 2400 Palmer Drive, will open for the season on Saturday, June 2 and close on Sunday, August 26. Daily hours are noon to 7 p.m.  Palmer Park Wading Pool is for children up to age eight. The daily fee is $1/child or a season pass for $5. Lifeguards are on duty, but adult supervision is required.  Pool safety breaks are scheduled for 20 minutes at 3 and 5 p.m. The wading pool has a handicap accessible ramp. Throughout the summer, the wading pool mascot, Goggles the Gator, makes surprise visits! The wading pool is also available for private rentals from 9 a.m. to noon daily.
