Urban Line Dancing is a style of dance that a group of people do in rows. It does not require a partner and is a great way to get exercise! It is also one of the best activities for total body wellness. Dancing is a unique form of exercise because it provides the heart-healthy benefits of an aerobic exercise while allowing you to engage in social activity. No prior experience is needed. The class teaches the basics with easy dances.
Urban Line Dancing will be held on Mondays at the Janesville Senior Activity Center Riverview Room from January 15 – February 19 at 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. The class is open for participants ages 14+ and costs $25 per person per session (6 classes) or $5 per person per class (drop in fee).
