On April 13 at noon, the Fire Department will hold a graduation ceremony for six new Fire Department recruits to celebrate their entry into the fire service and to recognize four department promotions. All community members, downtown business owners and media are welcome to attend. During this ceremony, Council President Russ Steeber will make comments to the audience and Pastor Bruce Gray from St. Peter’s Lutheran in Janesville will provide a benediction.
