Most City facilities will be closed on Monday, May 28 for Memorial Day, including:

City Hall
Oak Hill Cemetery Office
City Services Center
Police Administration
Fire Administration
Sanitary & Demolition Landfills
Ice Arena
Senior Center
JTS Administration
Water & Wastewater Utility Offices

Hedberg Public Library will be closed Sunday, May 27 and Monday, May 28.

Other City activities affected:

• Trash & Recycling Collection – No collection will take place on Monday, May 28. Collection regularly scheduled for Monday will be collected on Tuesday, May 29. All remaining trash and recycling collection will be delayed by one day during this week only, with Friday collection completed on Saturday. The regular collection schedule will resume Monday, June 4.

• Janesville Transit System – JTS services will not be provided Monday, May 28.
