Enjoy the beginning of summer with a trip to one of Janesville’s pools or beaches! Palmer Wading Pool, Riverside Wading Pool and Lions Beach all open on May 31. Palmer Wading Pool, at 2400 Palmer Drive, and Riverside Wading Pool, at 2000 Parkside Drive, are open daily from noon to 7:00 p.m.  Palmer Wading Pool charges a $1 daily fee per child. A season pass for youth is $5. Supervising adults are free. Lions Beach, located at 1400 Palmer Drive, is open daily from 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. There is no Lifeguard on duty at Lions Beach. Riverside Wading Pool and Lions Beach have no fee.
