The City of Janesville performs street sweeping several times each year. The second cycle of downtown and main arterial sweeping is planned to begin on May 22 and conclude on May 23. On the first day of the cycle, city crews typically sweep downtown parking lots and several main arterial streets. On the second day of the cycle, city crews sweep the remaining main arterial streets.

Street sweeping dates are subject to change. The City of Janesville encourages off-street parking of vehicles during street sweeping events.
