Dig out your best sleuth attire, and get set to find the ultimate treasure chest filled with family fun activities. The winning team will receive a certificate for a free night’s stay at Kalahari Resort & Waterpark!
This hunt is for families/groups of up to six people and no less than 3 people (no more than 2 adults per team). Teams will receive clues that will take them around the City. Families must provide their own transportation. Each site will include a fun team challenge that will earn points and the next clue. Special prizes will be awarded to each team at each clue site, and special prizes will be awarded for the best dressed team and most points earned. Teams will race around town to get to the ultimate treasure first.
The hunt will be held rain or shine, so please dress appropriately. The pre-registration deadline is May 7. The cost is $20 per team. The hunt will be held on Saturday, May 10 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Teams will meet at Traxler Warming House. Please contact the Recreation Division with any questions at 755-3030.
