City of Janesville Trick or Treat hours are from 5:30 - 7:30PM on Halloween evening (October 31).

If you wish to be visited by trick-or-treaters, please leave a front porch light on. Trick or treaters, only go to homes that have a light on.

Safety Reminders:
•Wear a light colored costume so you can be seen in the dark. Strips of reflective tape and a flashlight will also make you more visible.
•Trick or Treat with an adult or in groups, and stick to well-lit streets.
•Make sure costumes don't make it hard to see - wear face paint instead of masks.
•Be careful crossing the street at night, and only cross the street at corners.
•Walk on sidewalks or facing traffic on roadways.
•Wait until you get home to eat treats. Don't eat anything that's not wrapped.
