City Camp Out

This event is held in conjunction with the Great American Backyard Camp Out, a national event that encourages families to camp out together.  Cost includes:  tent site reservation, hot dog cook out, swimming at Rockport Pool for the family, kids activities, bonfire, donut breakfast, etc.  Special activities include: candy bingo, scavenger hunt, relay races, volleyball and much more.  This is a family friendly event.  No alcohol permitted in the park by City ordinance.  Campers must bring their own tent and camping supplies.  Pre-registration deadline:  Wednesday, June 12th.
