  6. Treasurer’s Report/discussion and possible action on changes to 2021 budget allocations.

     

  7. Task Force Updates and possible action on recommendations.

    4. Milwaukee/Main Street Construction

       

  8. Discussion and possible action on fund requests.

     

  9. Discussion and possible action on budget and Operating Plan for 2022.

     

  10. Possible action and discussion of BID Board roles

     

  11. Consideration of one or more motions to convene into closed session, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering and taking action concerning the employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically, BID Executive Director Emily Arthur.

     

        Return to open session and possible action from closed session.
