Sunday, April 18, marks the beginning of National Volunteer Week. This is an opportunity to recognize and thank volunteers across the nation for the contributions they make to our communities. The program will include an introduction and overview of the importance of volunteers of the more than 600 volunteers who help the City fulfill its mission. It will also feature the presentation of the City’s Volunteer of the Year Awards. Highlighting the commitment of City volunteers from across the organization.
